Refactors some Vulkan items related to CompGrBinds and EntityTypes. Adds some Vulkan globals related to textures. Several changes here - use MAX_FRAMES_IN_FLIGHT - recreate swapchain at appropriate points or events - don't need sampler in shader for present because we don't have any other viewports to render yet. (scaling not implemented, etc) - nothing to bind because nothing exists yet - should be ready to implement imgui
